1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and qqamaxwin ("qqamaxwin," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the qqamaxwin website located at qqamaxwin.asia and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the services offered by qqamaxwin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

qqamaxwin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of qqamaxwin services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the qqamaxwin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. qqamaxwin employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, qqamaxwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. qqamaxwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify qqamaxwin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

qqamaxwin reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

qqamaxwin accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. Deposits are credited to your qqamaxwin account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

All funds deposited into your qqamaxwin account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. qqamaxwin reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds at any time, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. qqamaxwin aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending KYC verification requirements.

qqamaxwin reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys ID, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in delays or refusal of withdrawal requests.

qqamaxwin does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which qqamaxwin accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

qqamaxwin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion's individual terms.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as account suspension.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the qqamaxwin Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

qqamaxwin uses certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure that all game outcomes are random and fair. Our games are subject to regular independent audits to verify compliance with fairness standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, qqamaxwin reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. qqamaxwin's decision in such matters is final.

qqamaxwin reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was influenced by technical error, software malfunction, or any form of cheating or collusion.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqamaxwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or its games
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the qqamaxwin Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of qqamaxwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the qqamaxwin Platform without the prior written consent of qqamaxwin. Any unauthorized use of qqamaxwin's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qqamaxwin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

qqamaxwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your qqamaxwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. qqamaxwin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. qqamaxwin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

10. Privacy & Data

qqamaxwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

qqamaxwin implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and qqamaxwin cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

11. Responsible Gaming

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement
• Extended periods of account inactivity (as defined in our inactivity policy)

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no outstanding violations exist.

You may close your qqamaxwin account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
